Event Information
Our goal at Westside Productions is to make our events an area for artists to network, express their creative abilities, and be able to spread their reach as far as they can.
Westside Productions Shows
For every Westside Productions event artists will have to sell at least a 10 tickets to secure a slot to perform, if you do not meet the minimum required sales you will not perform on the show.
We have a zero tolerance policy for fighting. If you OR anybody who bought a ticket to directly support you get into a fight or altercation, you will not be booked again. If this happens before you perform then you will forfeit your time slot. In the case of a fight, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Each venue will have different sets of rules that each artist must follow such as underage fees, re-entry, security, and other policies. If the artist does not follow these rules and regulations they are subject to being removed from the event without a refund to their ticket buyers.
For each event the set times and will be determined by how many tickets are sold, with the highest sellers getting their preferred time slots, and the lower sellers getting the other time slots still available. Each show will have a check in time and a cut off time of when you have to submit your music by. If you do not show up at check in time and/or your music is not submitted by cut off time, you may not be able to perform on the event.
Ticket refunds will only be issued in the event of canceled events. If a ticket was purchased for an artist who ends up not performing on the event a refund will not be issued, however the purchaser can use that ticket for the next Westside Productions event if they did not attend the original event.
